May be the best eggs I’ve had in a while. Pasture-raised. Organic. Fresh, nice orange looking yolks, & more than that, they taste great. Fluffy & delicious. I can taste the difference.

These eggs are expensive, but organic and pasture-raised are important to me. I care about how the animals are treated while they are alive, so that makes the price easier to accept.The eggs are good quality, and I feel better buying them compared to cheaper options. Good flavor. Good size, never too small.Always fresh.

Cage free chickens lay great eggs. Depending upon the type chickens you have will determine the color or white eggs you get. The smaller eggs maybe from young hens. When it comes to my eggs, I'll buy eggs, white or different colors, as long as they are cage free and able to be comfortable, healthy, and provide the best quality eggs!!!! I grew up on a dairy farm. We raised our own gardens, chickens, eggs, and milk.

Fresh eggs, with firm whites and prominent, bright yellow-orange yolks. Very flavorful, which is especially noticeable when hard-boiled, as many hard-boiled eggs can be bland, as they're not cooked in butter or oil. Though I suppose it depends on how you make your hard-boiled eggs (we use the following method: bring eggs and water to boil, remove from heat, add salt; stir and cover, then set timer to nine minutes for large eggs -- it's the perfect formula if you like your yolks firm-soft), so far every time we've hard-boiled these Vital Farms eggs, they've been very easy to peel.Even if a bit pricey, these eggs are definitely worth it, as the taste is outstanding, and it's reassuring to know that the hens have been well-fed and well-treated.. We tend to eat very little meat, so getting high quality, tasty protein from other sources is important, and these eggs never disappoint.Apologies to the hens for eating their would-be chicks, but at least we can assume that the hens are happy being fed quality feed in a pasture environment that gives them room to move about.
