**Q: Where is this made?**
A: I'll give you two guesses.

**Q: I have wood floors in my house: what should I put under this to prevent slipping?**
A: my PT suggest sitting when using a balance board.   I have tried a piece of wood to set it on.  I have tried a bathroom rug (the small ones you put in front of the bathtub.
also another you might try suggestion is a yoga mat. OR a mat for putting exercise things on, if there is a small one similar to the ones you put under a treadmill in a house.  just ideas you might try. be safe

**Q: Is the rounded part more rubberized unlike the bosu that is a kind of blow up ball? Concerned about deflating.**
A: It is a hard rubber. No way for it to deflate!

**Q: How wobbly? If this is placed on the floor with nobody on it, will it rock to the side - or stay? Looking for a harder-to-balance board...**
A: This board is something that I use in therapy. It is to help me with balance.  I think their are different sizes. It will not rock back and forward without anybody on it . Hope this helps

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just Right

I don't have the room for one of those big BOSU balance trainers, (and anyway I got tired of reinflating the BOSU ball I had years ago). I wanted something more compact, and that didn't have to be inflated. This product hit the spot. It's not nearly as wide as the big gym trainers, so you don't get a wide stance workout. But, it's wide enough that you can get a nice workout of your hips, knees, and ankles. You can do side to side, circular, and front to back exercises - just realize that with a 15degree tilt it really is more of a wobble trainer. That said, I found it was very useful as a basic stability trainer. Given the way it's made I can't imagine having any durability issues, unless I gain a few hundred more pounds. This is a nice, convenient workout accessory at a decent price, so I'm happy.
