Not what I was expecting. I have earlier also used the product and it used to enhance the taste of tea but this product now is different and I have just stopped using it. This time the colour is darker and it just ruins the taste of tea.

The product is pure and hygienic and adds to the taste of the chai and gives good flavour. Only big drawback was it was very poorly packed when I received it and there was no seal in the bottle. The chai masala is good, but the packaging and container (low grade plastic) must improve. I immediately changed it to an airtight clean good quality container.

Waste of money
Bought this product after reading the reviews and thoroughly disappointed. The product got delayed twice which I was still OK with, but the flavour is just not there. No flavour, no fragrance, no taste. Do not waste your money on this.
