The taste is great in addition. I use milk instead of water (as instructed), however the recommended portion of powder is way too much for a smooth blend. I use a customised ratio of scoops to milk, otherwise you might as well eat it with a spoon instead of trying to drink it. Also, if you're using for the first time, do not take as instructed immediately as you'll find yourself in the bathroom most of the day.
