The fryer has a nice, sleek look to it. The presets are also nice. When I received mine, the rotisserie motor didn’t work. It would cook and heat up, just no rotisserie or French fry basket. Since it was $130, I talked to a rep from the company and they were friendly and sent me a new one that worked correctly. Very happy with this item overall though.

I purchased this air fryer as a Mother's Day gift for my Mom. She'd been using one of the smaller air fryers with the pull out basket for making things like chicken wings and reheating french fries, but had complained that the coating on the bottom of the basket had started to come off, and she was not a fan of that. With her critique in mind I searched for an air fryer with non-coated metal racks and happened upon this unit. Mom was so surprised and shocked and HAPPY that she went right out and bought a $42, 4lb boneless rib-eye roast (see pages 8-9 of the recipe booklet) to use as the first test. Yikes! But not to worry. Mom purchased all the ingredients listed and followed the instructions in the booklet. As you can see in the pictures the roast came out PERFECTLY! I was amazed at how flavorful and tender and juicy the roast was and how little time it took to cook. The seasoning was perfect and created an indescribably tasty crust and the meat itself practically melted in your mouth. I highly recommend this unit to any one thinking of purchasing an air fryer. Believe the hype. I can't speak for all air fryers but this one works spectacularly and the clean up is incredibly easy. I wouldn't have believed that an air fryer could cook a roast to perfection unless I'd seen it with my own eyes. Seeing and tasting is believing!

First things first, read the manual. Okay, hold the power button to turn it off. Lets hold the power button down. Why is the timer going down? Okay, I've held it down for a good few minutes now. Still nothing. Lets try it again. Nope. Third time's a charm? Sure okay great. I was able to turn it off after a good 5 minutes of struggling. Okay, now that we know how to turn it on and off, lets try to cook something with it: Turn it on, then start it. Select the temperature... Okay, why is the timer automatically going up by itself? Whatever, I can keep track of my own time. Set the temperature... 370. Okay lets leave it alone so it can heat up... Why is the temperature setting going down automatically? Is it just displaying the current temperature? Lets leave it alone for a bit... Nope, guess the temperature setting itself just decided that it wanted to be lower. Okay, managed to keep it at the temperature I want. (the timer setting is still keeping itself at 60 by constantly triggering). Okay now lets cook. Put the food in... And close... What's that beeping sound? Oh, it's the timer button pressing itself. Lets just leave it. We aren't going to use the timer anyways. Beeping noise still continues and timer is constantly at 60 minutes. ------------------------ This was my experience with trying to use this. The touchscreen panel doesn't work well, or rather it doesn't work at all. Pressing the up arrow to raise the temperature will lower it instead unless you are lucky enough to touch it in the exact correct position. Trying to lower the timer won't work as it continually tries to increase itself. The temperature sometimes randomly lowers itself... There are too many problems. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Even on the off chance you get one where it works out of the box, the control board is pretty much guaranteed to go haywire on you.

I like the size as it has 3 trays so I can cook several items at once. it cleans up nicely including the glass door that is removable for cleaning. It is easy to use. I found 2 problems with it. As others have reviewed, the rotisserie didn't work. Another problem is the shelves aren't sized the same. 2 of the trays are slightly smaller and slip off the back bracket once you have food on them. Works OK, maybe not as hot as previous unit I had. Probably would not buy it again.

Air Fryer update: After first night, thought I would send out a review of a few foods I cooked following the instructed times and temp. 1. Drumsticks -turned out amazing, was awesome to see the fat dripping off into the tray. Put on some sugar free bbq sauce and they retained a lot of moisture that you normally lose in the oven of grill! 2. Salmon fillets - They turned out nice. Half way through I poured lemon juice on them and flipped them. At the end, a little dry. Next time they will go in with a minute less cooking time. 3. Freshwater fish caught in Lake Murray several years ago and packed in a deep freezer: very dry on the suggested temp and time, but remember, these were not fresh. 4. Dehydrated banana chips: I wanted a lower sugar fruit chip to try. I did not prepare these correctly looking back at the recipe, also the bananas were almost bad. These did not turn out well. So I think it was operator error more than the machines fault. All in all I am super happy about this purchase! It is a large 8-1 so we will be preparing a lot of food in this air fryer. $99 for a large air fryer that does more than that is a good price from everything I have seen on the internet. After sometime of using this air fryer, it start to give me issues with the door. There is a safety switch that prevent the machine to work with the door open. So after closing the door the machine didn't start and I notice a wear mark close to one of the pins of the switch and in order to make the machine functional I had to put a piece of aluminum foil to make the switch lock properly. After sometime using it the touch screen also stop working. Now Im sending the machine straight to the thrash can. I didn't use it enough.

I've had this air fryer for about 9 months now and it has been the best purchase. I love all of the different components for cooking different types of things. I hardly ever use my oven or frying pan anymore because this makes everything simple. The rotating basket feature has been great for my keto diet. I can make pepperoni chips and other meats crisps without all the grease since it all drips into the pan below. It's by far superior to my old traditional air fryer. The temperature does freak out once in a while, but you can reset it when it does. It's not bad enough to make me not want to use it. That's literally the only bad thing about it. Just wipe it out shortly after use to remove the grease splatters and it stays looking great. You're probably not supposed to put the wire racks in the dishwasher..but I do it anyways. I'll likely have to replace them after a year of doing that, but it's so worth the easy clean up. Looks great and cooks great. 5 out of 5 stars.

Although I wanted to cancel the order initially boy was I in for a surprise. This Air Oven is amazing... According to some reviews its been discribed as very difficult to operate, that the racks fall off, that it won't work properly but it is not true. I'm advising to please take your time to read the booklet carefully before using it and trust me you're going to fall in love with this item. I've done chicken, pork and used it to bake a banana nut cake everything came out in a timely matter perfectly done. In regards to cleaning it is very easy to clean and best of all it doesn't take a lot of space on your counter. I also love the fact that it is very quiet while cooking and before you know things are done when you hear a beeping sound. I love it because the kitchen doesn't get hot and you are not left with a strong smell of cooking in the house because the regular oven on the stove does... Thanks for sending me this precious jewel which I'm looking forward to continue using it regularly on a daily basis. Great gift !! Lol
