Be cheese book
Love this book. It's very helpful as a beginner, easy to follow and understand. I also live the pictures and the thick paper that was used in the book. What a awesome book

I need more cheese in my life
Overall a great product. Wasn't expecting that there would be other recipes in the book (even though it mentions it on the cover ๐) but the non cheese recipes are not a bad thing and a bit of a bonus, so still seems like a pretty rad cheese book. Book is high quality, easy to follow, and gives a good variety of cheeses. I also want to mention I said it had a 4.9 rating...I was wrong it is 4.6 but still good!

Must have for a beginner
I have not actually tried the recipes. However, the way the book presents the recipes and provides pages for me to capture my notes is great! It is easy to read, has many recipes and explains techniques. Looking forward to making cheese!
