Great
I like that this stays cool for at least 40 mins. and you can turn it over and still cool on other side. I've had similar many years ago, although not exactly the same help the hot head :D They were less expensive years back. Yet I'm happy to have found this one.

I use these for hot flashes and have bought 3, so when one gets hot, just take it out and get another one to lay on to cool down. GREAT!

Great for the money
This has been a great help on the hot nights. It does very warm after about 30 minutes. Any pad like this will get warm after some time. It refreshes very quickly. I'm going to buy one to keep in my suitcase.

Was good at first, but didn't last long. Used it for a while but can't feel any coolness coming from it now - even outside of the pillowcase.

Very cool, and stays that way for quite awhile, it does eventually get warm, just switch ends. Pad is very thin, not bulky , quite comfortable.
