Fresh, awesome in coffee, tastes just like milk and sugar, 9 months left of shelf life
Received: May 2022 Best By: February 2023 Ingredients: Milk, sugar “...contain no preservatives, additives and are made with 100 percent whole milk and pure cane sugar.” These arrived fresh and super yummy! I was worried about these Copper Cow Latte Creamer packets after reading reviews that some people received ones that were very solid, but took the risk because they were so pure, and pure creamer that doesn’t require refrigeration is impossible to find. I was also concerned that it might taste like condensed milk. It didn’t. Both concerns turned out to be non-starters. These packets arrived fresh and very liquid with no solid or thickness, and they taste just like adding milk and sugar to your coffee. Just what I was looking for in a pure creamer that could be stored without refrigeration. You pretty much can’t get any purer than milk and sugar. Very pleased with the quality and flavor of this Copper Cow Latte Creamer.

Great backpacking splurge
I wanted cream for my coffee for a backpacking trip and while I don’t usually use any kind of sweetener, I have this a try. YUM. It was great in my coffee and in instant oatmeal and a single packet was enough for both. Also squeezed it on peanut butter for dessert. Flavor is great, portability is great. It’s on the expensive side and I’m not sire how I’ll use it all up, but still a win and I can solidly recommend!

Convenient
Thinner than the typical condensed milk you buy in a can, and less sweet. The packets are easy to open and you get a good amount in each one.

So delicious…yet so expensive
I had this in Austin at a hotel and FELL IN LOVE with it. Buy it for my office. Only issue is it’s kinda pricey, so looking for a less expensive option

Love these
So. I love the fact that these are super portable. I grab one in the morning, carry it in my pocket, and when i'm ready for a cup of coffee at work I can just pop it out and no additional creamer or sugar needed for a perfect 6-8oz cup of coffee. Yes its sweet, but I like my cream and sugar with a little coffee haha At work we use the Styrofoam 6-8oz cups, one of these was perfect! Just enough sweetness and cream needed for my liking. I was skeptical with all the pictures of busted creamers and discoloration but I was pleasantly pleased when they arrived PERFECT! Not one was busted! Not one was used and observed to be discolored. I would recommend, and would definitely buy again, and again, and again! You can buy your own cans of sweetened condensed milk and get the same kind of flavor but its a mess, and completely not as convenient as a grab and go creamer! Trust me, I tried this when they were out of stock but It just isn't the same!!

Be careful ordering this item
I ordered this item 2 days ago, then received a note from Amazon today that the item cannot be delivered and I will receive a refund. Things happen with logistics. I get it. Problem is, this same item, same quantity is still listed as available and can be delivered in 2 days but for $5 more! WTH, Amazon?! For the record, the creamer is very tasty. That’s why I ordered it.

Good product, but quality control needs work
Last year I posted glowing Amazon testimonials for Copper Cow Vietnamese Coffee Kits with condensed-milk packets included. Bought multiple times, including travel-packaged Backpacker's Pantry version. Every coffee order has had the wonderful fresh coffee aroma and flavor that hooked me, a year or two back: coffee quality unmatched by the (four or so) other pour-over brands I've tried several times each (Tribo has come closest, and offers distinct regional coffees and blends). This time I ordered these condensed-milk pouches (box of 25) separately, and found a two-part quality problem. First they were shipped only a month before marked Best-By date 8/14/2019. That's only Best-By date (product quality, not food safety) -- but the short dating implies poor production planning (too much inventory). This is problematic with a box of 25, when they're used only occasionally. Second, I too found the issue that dominates reviews here: congealed condensed milk on one end of each packet. Unlike some reviewers, I know this is NOT inevitable at all. It didn't happen in my last four Coffee-Cow orders containing milk packets. I even still have some left, milk packets eight months older, but still perfectly liquid. Implying that the lot pull-dated 8/14/19 was differently handled. (And the problem also isn't because ship date was near pull date: a review dated nearly six months earlier, Feb. 4, reported same pull date, and same congealing!) Sweetened condensed milk settles out if left alone or under temperature extremes. Cookbooks (like "Joy of Cooking") warn home cooks to periodically flip over cans of condensed milk to discourage congealing. All the Amazon reviews citing congealed milk packets show that this product was handled without attention to that issue. I hope Copper Cow improves this situation, which shows the product in a needlessly bad light, vs. my past experience with Copper Cow milk packets. That impression is made worse by lack of action until after I posted this review (then in late July, Amazon halted orders with the notice "Item Under Review . . . currently unavailable because customers have told us there may be something wrong...") while as recently as late June, Copper Cow was answering customer questions on this product page, rather than taking action -- though the same problem has been reported here since the very first review last December.
