This was a really beautiful and emotional short story. I liked how Dostoyevsky explores loneliness, love and the feeling of getting attached to someone in such a short amount of time. The story is simple on the surface, but there is a lot of emotion underneath it. The writing can feel a little old fashioned at times, and some parts are more slow paced than I expected. Still, the characters and their emotions make it easy to stay interested. The ending especially leaves you with a lot to think about. Overall, a short but memorable classic. A good choice if you enjoy emotional stories about love, loneliness and complicated relationships.

Hello, The book arrived in perfect condition, the packaging was study, there was no folds on the cover or in the pages. The book is on the smaller side but the print is big enough to read. And as for the story there are actually 2 in it the first one is the white nights and the second is called bobok. Tho the big chunk of the book is taken by white nights. I haven't read bobok as of now but white nights I have. The writing style is not very easy to follow if you are a beginner. The story follows two people, our narrator and a girl called Nastenka. Without telling spoilers the story talks about loneliness and how the girl brings with her the promise of companionship. Okay that's all I'm saying do read the book it's a 10 on 10 and a short read. Byee.

The book came in a perfect condition, not a single damage on the book. The story is a one of kind masterpiece. I literally couldn't stop myself from finishing this book in one sitting. My love for Dostoyevsky has increased even more due to this book. Definitely go for it.
