These sauces have a steller reputation for a reason, they are all great.But these 4 are actually quite similar to eachother in consistency and flavor1. Hot pepper sauce. The sweetness and aroma of the scotch bonnets is up front and powerful. Heat is decent but tame enough you can really paint this on stuff heavily. Lightly sweet, tangy, delicious. New favorite.2. Scorpion. A touch hotter, and the scorpion flavor is clear and discernable compared to the 1st, but otherwise quite similar.3. Calypso. Sweeter and more mustard flavor compared to the first two, milder heat than both but still has a kick.4. West indies. Still good but I'd never choose this one over any of the others. The blandest flavor and mildest heat of the bunchGlad i got to try all 4 and now i know which ones to buy bigger bottles of, good deal if you want the same.

All four sauces are delicious, my personal favorite is the Calypso. Scorpion sauce was hot but surprisingly tasty. All four can be used on pretty much anything and I’ll definitely be restocking when I go through all these!

Each of these hot sauces are fantastic and vary in flavor, but all have great heat. I bought the variety pack after trying the Caribbean one to see which I liked best, but since I loved each flavor I’ll just keep buying the variety pack!

Could not ask for more out of a hot sauce. I was originally gifted the Trinidad scorpion pepper sauce when became so addictingly delicious and burnful that I bought this set and was not disappointed. I am a fan of the slow burn peppers that stay with you for a long time after the initial taste. These hot sauces delivery that and more. Very flavorful and go together with some dishes that other hot sauces I have would not go well with. Some say a little goes a long way but if you’re like me and encase all of your foods in a variety of hot sauces, this is your hot sauce set to smother foot and delight your taste buds and pain receptors. I am a big fan of everyone one of these hot sauces for different reasons but the slow burn is consistent and wonderful. I also love how thick this sauce is. Will order again and again.

Very good hot sauces but some are so thick they can’t come out of the small bottles!

Some hot sauces are simply hot for hot's sake, and some have distinct flavors. These sauces instantly take me back to my years sailing around the Caribbean islands. Good on lots of stuff, particularly Chicken Roti (shredded chicken in a curry sauce).The other flavor I miss is Susie's Hot Sauce, which doesn't seem to have survived the epidemic. They seem to be selling all their old inventory, and the Original isn't available anymore. Hey Matouks - buy them and add them to your line! You'll OWN the best flavors of the islands!

Bought this for my hubby for Christmas. He lives on Tabasco sauce and when we eat out is always trying the hottest thing he can get (if he tears up and breaks out in a sweat he's happy.) Having said that, the Trinidad scorpion really got to him. He put a tip of your finger sized amount in his mouth and spent the next 15 minutes drinking 2 glasses of milk, 2 cans of sprite and some crackers trying to overcome the heat. He says it has great flavor but it is HOT! He loves all of matouks flavors, he just needs to be careful with the scorpion one! You've been warned!

Super excited to gift this to my mother in law but when I opened my package I was hit with the smell of hot sauce and I realize that all three glass bottles were in basically just a plastic bag together and so I tried to cut it open but the smell was too strong and I saw the saw all on the inside
