Fertilome (11485) Brush Killer Stump Killer (32 oz)

No leakage the bottle size is nice fair value for the money easily applied. I’ve used this product in the past to kill ten tree stumps so I could plant a different variety of trees and works well.

Sprayed on gum tree sampling two weeks ago. They are dying. I put some dishsoap in it yo make it stick to plants. The only problem is its a small bottle. We had a lot of saplings. I ordered a new bottle so we can get the new saplings before they get big.

I haven't tried the product yet but I can say the lid on the bottle does not create a good seal at all. The bottle was covered with shrink wrap but as I was removing that the bottle was leaking at the cap. No matter how tight I tried to make it, it still leaks. This not a good idea for a chemicals like this one.

I should preface this insightful review that I have only just recently poured this stuff on a holly tree stump I chopped down with my bare hands. Based on the cost, the bottle itself and the smell, I would give negative 10 stars, but that's not why I bought this. I bought this because I never want to see that holly tree again and I will be very mad if it starts to regrow. It's been a couple months and so far it has not regrown. However, if it does, so help me god, I will come back and give this the review it deserves.

It worked on some if you pure the almost the complete bottle on the fresh cut area. It will not work if you use it with water mix.

I had a small tree stump coming up between deck boards. I cut the stump down, drilled holes into the stump and worked the Fertilome in. I covered the stump with a plastic bag. I returned to the stump a few weeks later and I do not see any growth. I’m sure over time the stump will decay.

This product works great!

Unfortunately, I purchased 2 bottles of this - spray applied as directed and all it managed to do was brown some leaves on weeds, didn’t even wilt them. It didn’t touch any vines whatsoever. I was very disappointed, but what can I do?
