I don’t often do reviews but I’d like to share my experience. I have bought these cartridges for many years and the last lot didn’t work! I contacted customer service and they were brilliant. They sent me new cartridges and tips to do on the printer. It now works perfectly, so thank you

Make sure you order the correct box. I ordered the wrong one at the time I needed the one with the photo ink included but I didn't realise, but I just ordered the correct ones and returned for a refund. The inks are excellent quality 👌🏼, I am new to this particular printer 🖨 as my last one gave up, so still learning. But I would recommend this ink company 👍🏼

so the ink cost less for 10 mixed cartridges than for a single HP original... for that money expect to be disappointed by the results.... but be amazed what you can get for a massive reduction is price.They felt heavier than the original. and are FULL of liquid.. not just a damp felt sponge with some dye soaked into it. the printer obviously threw up the "beware.. non original cartridges" warning... but he first print after 2 years of having dry old HP cardridges sat in there.... was pretty much perfect. did a few text pages for the old CV (usually a reason to buy ink lol),,, and then a few photos of the grandkids etc etc...wonderful value.. Almost as good as original.. almost.. maybe a little Too red. but again that could be down to lack of use and may clear up, but changing a setting in photoshop fixed it .

First, the order arrived quickly. The cartridges are in a near, sturdy box which will be excellent for storing them. It all looks very professional. And the price is way below the HP equivalent. I have not needed to install them yet but so far I am very pleased.

I’ll be honest, when I bought these I wasn’t sure. I had always bought HP genuine ink at very high cost. These seemed to be a good alternative and offered much more pages.I was however unfortunate to get a faulty cartridge on my first purchase which made me question why I moved from the genuine HP inks. This was disappointing and I quickly opted for a refund and was thinking of reverting back to HP inks.In steps in Robert from Smart Inks asking what the issue was. I informed him of the issue and he instantly apologised and sent out a replacement set free of charge.I received them and installed with no issues this time. I’ll certainly be repurchasing them again. Great value for money! Superb customer services!

These Inkjet cartridges are very good value for money. However after they had been installed for about three weeks, the print quality wasn't as good. The black cartridge was smudging. I contacted Smart Ink explaining the problem, emailed a copy of the print report. They sent me a complete new set of cartridges. The problem was resolved. So I can highly recommend this company. Not only are the products good, but also the customer care too.

The inks arrived very quickly from Amazon & were very easy to load into the printer. The price was amazing & the quality of the printed documents & photos were every bit as good as HP's genuine inks. Will be using Smart Inks in future.
