I am very pleased with this powder. The only thing missing is the iron that I really like in the Hemp powder I use. So, now I blend the two. I'm trying to find "staying power" with a protein diet that is low in calories, but provides sustenance. Depending on what I blend with this, it can last up to 3 hrs. without my stomach growling.
