What do we do if we have a warranty claim? Just started using this in April 2016 and it is already disintigrating in one section.

What are the details of the 6 year warranty?

"The only things covered under this warranty are delamination and seam failure. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse of the product or alteration or modification of the product after your purchase." ...."Purchaser shall pay the following percentage of the manufacturer's list price at time of replacement. 1st year 0%, 2nd yr-35%, 3rd yr-45%, 4th yr-65%, 5th yr-85%, 6th yr-95%. Purchaser responsible forany shipping or handling of replacement". Excerpts from warranty page.

can you cut this pool cover to fit or does it have to stay the length that it comes?

Yes it can be trimmed to fit your pool. However, you will probably need to replace it within two years because it WILL fall apart and the company does not stand behind the warranty.

how much will it raise the temperature of a 16 x 32

Noticeably different I'd say doing it consistently for 5 days or so has raised it at least 10 degrees. I roll it up in the morning and cover it at night. Even at current weather (upper 70's in So Cal), I put the blanket on for couple days during evening time, temperature increased. If you want warmer pool without installing a heater, definitely get it. Just remember to uncover during the day (or at least during time when the filter is running) and cover it before sun down.
