Not only is the manufacturer exaggerating to say the sheet fits 12-inch thick mattresses (mine is far less and the sheet barely goes on), but the diameter of the fabric and elastic is about 2 inches less than in should be for the size of the mattress. I actually strained a back muscle trying to get the sheet onto the bed.However, the sheet does feel like actual cotton and is not overly refined and slick, which is what I like. I've used it about a week, and I like the feel of the sheet now that it's on the bed.I will update this review in a few months to indicate how the sheet holds up, but I am suspicious of its ability to last long, given that it is really not the size it's supposed to be. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice quality *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2020* Okay, I use these in the guest bedroom and am using 800TC Egyptian Cotton on other beds.
