Hello, friend Good day The IPC-9800plus+ version DOES NOT support HDMI input, only supports HDMI output. Only higher-level IPC-9800ADH plus +, IPC-9800ADHS plus +, IPC-9800MOVTADHS plus+ support HDMI input and HDMI output, the HDMI in put highest resolution rate is 1080P/30fps. Thank you

Works well for adjusting ip cameras. You can use browser to access web portals for ip devices. Would enjoy it a bit more if I could install my own software or if it was on regular android.
