Can I use the microphone with the camera switched off?

Hi there, I am Lucas from Trust. Perhaps I can help you out here. You can switch off the camera through the video conferencing app (Teams, Zoom, etc.) that you are using and use the microphone of the webcam during a video call. I hope I was able to help. In case you have any other questions or concerns, please email us at support.en@trust.com Have a great day!

I ca't get this working, the camera is showing up on my computer but it's not showing anything but a blank screen. Can someone help?

You may need to set whatever platform you are using (Zoom, MS Teams etc) to recognise your camera. When I first joined a meeting I needed to go into settings & choose my camera otherwise it will select the default option. If this doesn't work then there may be a fault with your camera. I hope this helps.

Does the camera swivel from side to side?

It has a rotating ball joint and can swivel in all directions
