I've been wanting a lunch box for work, as I have been taking grocery bags to put my lunch in, and it has been just too much. I wanted a good, reliable lunch box that would last me a long time, and I really believe that this one will last me for a long time! Just by receiving it today, I have seen that it has A LOT of room! It will be more than enough to put my entire lunch in. And best yet, its insulated, so it will keep my frozen items colder longer. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Fast delivery, it looks like good material. The only thing i didn't like is that it had a very strong plastic smell when I opened it for the first time. I washed it and left it open airing out for 3-4 days and I could still smell it. I think this could be because of the packaging. The strap is a little small for me, just to let others know, if it is important. You can adjust it, but even then it is a bit small. Maybe it is meant for kids and not adults? I got a couple of emails from the seller, making sure I got everything on time, and they asked me if I was happy with my purchase. It is a welcome change, and I would buy from them again if I needed something. Overall I'm happy with it, and I've used it once already.

Its been less than 6 months of use and the zipper is broken and the mesh on the side which is use to hold a water bottle is torn so there is an issue with durability. I bought this bag back in September/October for my son to take to school and he says his lunch is kind of warm at lunch time and his drink is cool. He hasn't complained about the temperature of his lunch so I take that, as the bag does the job with keeping hot foods warm -ish and cold drinks cool. I think If the company works on making the bag a bit stronger it will be much better... sort of kid proof it :). It is easy to clean as well.

If there was something to keep it from folding in on itself I would give it 5 stars. It does fold easily so it isn't much of a problem. Also the shoulder strap is a little small. Long enough to fit me, but I'm only 5'8". I think a taller person might have more of an issue. Other than those two small things it works as described.

I bought this for my son to take to pre-school and overall it works well. The size is nice and it fits his various lunch items and the side pockets are great for his cups. The only issue I’ve had with the bag is the zipper: it doesn’t stay shut and the top isn’t sturdy enough to zip easily.
