My 2 year old loves the hat and pup pack. I bought size 2-3, partially based on reviews that said it was quite big (was hoping to fit warm clothes under) but everyone else's 2 year old must be smaller than mine. The costume fits him perfectly, maybe a bit long, but there will be no jackets being put on under this - I will be lucky to fit a thick sweater. My son is 25 months and about 31 lbs.
