This is a very good quality tripod screw adapter. I used it to mount a tripod head onto my mini tripod, and it worked fine. I wish the 3/8" male screw on this adapter were just a little longer, but everything worked out fine.Overall, I think this screw adapter is much, much better than the cheap internal 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch Tripod Thread Adapter screws. I rate the Camvate Screw Adapter 5 Stars.

Works perfectly, nice clean threads for smooth use. Adapted my microphone to my tripod.

Handy thread adapter to have

I have a few relatively good microphones and wanted to be able to have one on my desk. I have a few small "tripods" that would work, but they all had 1/4" screw mounts. The mics have your typical mic stand mount and also have 3/8" adapters for 3/8" screw mounts. I thought that if I got this 1/4"→3/8" adapter that would solve my problem... and it does.This adapter is solid. It weighs 63 grams and has a nice knurling on the ring for good grip for tightening and loosening. It fits the 3/8" mount as expected.I have no negatives and would recommend this adapter for those who need one.

Good quality, only rated 4 stars because female side is a little shallow. .30 cent washer solved my issue...

All of my stands have the 1/4” male threaded stud. My camera tripod has a universal swivel adapter that is removable, but has 3/8” thread. With this little guy, I can use my ball head swivel on any stand including the boom arm.

I use this to mount a ball head on a monopod. Works great.
