Sound quality is decent, with control over volume, bass and treble for all the channels via the panel at the back of the unit. Includes a rechargeable battery with 8 hours use from full charge, haven't fully tested this yet, but it did work on initial test. Easy to move using the build in wheels telescopic handles. Finished off with a nicely fitted cover with a pocket for the mics, cables and remote accessories. All in all, a great piece of kit. All in all, a great piece of kit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant *by J***Y on 19 December 2019* Totally satisfied ### ⭐⭐ QTX Portable amplifiers are not what they used to be *by M***M on 18 January 2025* I used this item for entertaining in care homes. The sound quality is great but there is a serious problem with QTX portable amplifiers recently as this is the third model I have had in the last 3 months. When using it on mains, which means the battery gets fully charged, there is a loud cracking sound from the unit and the microphone dies temporarily (for a few minutes). This is absolutely no good when you are performing! This has happened with 3 different units - which have all now been retuned for a refund. I have used QTX amps for years but the quality is now not what it used to be.
