The zipper on the costume starts just above the belly button and ends ~18 inches below there. For me, that meant the zipper went from around my belly button to just below my hips. Such an awkward fit because it's snug on your hips and really open and big on the bust line. The white "furry" part is pretty thin and not at all fluffy. The picture suggests that the hood is large and pretty--mine is not. It's narrow and not big enough hung strangely, so I couldn't use it to keep warm because it didn't come all the way to the front of my hairline. I'm 5'4" and 123 lbs. I can usually fit anything and make it work. The boot covers would have been cute if they were made to stay on. They are fastened with flimsy ribbon that broke within an hour on one and a couple of hours on the other. I may be able to salvage those by adding a sturdier fastener.Summary: Buy something else. This item is a waste of your money and time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ adorably perfect *by G***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2018* This was a perfect fit and it worked well with or without the belt. the belt was too big for me....the color was a little off by Santa standards...mine was a bit too reddish orangy but you know what, it did the trick...no one will ever notice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute Mrs. Clause Costume *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 23, 2018* Such a cute Santa costume for women! I wore it to a Santa con and it fit perfectly. It does leave little red fuzz all over your clothes but you can get rid of that after washing your clothes about three times. Also, the belts loops fell off after the first time I wore it. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/88449262-christmas-costume-mrs-santa-claus-cloak-velvet-hooded-cape-fancy](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/88449262-christmas-costume-mrs-santa-claus-cloak-velvet-hooded-cape-fancy) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
