i got delivery of this device on 1 March 2020. it is working for only for USB. it is not connecting to monitor .

Not suitable for MacBook
If you're planning buy this for your MacBook pro, you may have to look out for another model as this one has some hardware limitations with macOS. MacOS don't property communities with this hardware where as it perfectly works with windows 10 and other linux distros (working on Kali linix and Raspberry Pi).

They don't have serial number/service tag
The product don't have serial number neither service tag so if you call dell for warranty they'll tell you the product doesn't have one.
