These work for pain and inflammation much better than turmeric and ginger. I LIKE that they do NOT contain black pepper, as that can be added individually if you require it - I don't . Overall a really good product.

This is my second bottle. I have always had stomach problems when trying to take curcumin, but not with this. I used to take two Tylenols 1000mg total a day for maintenance but stopped those when I started to take this. Have not needed since. I highly recommend for aches and pains.

I started using this supplement to relieve muscle, joint aches and pains due to arthritis. It has helped somewhat in that regard, but not dramatically. What has been dramatic are the results of a recent lipid panel. After two months of use my bad cholesterol and triglyceride levels are lower than they've ever been in my life, and my good cholesterol was very very good.
