It is light and easy to wheel her around yet is made very well. I have a small SUV and it collapses easily and fits into the back with no problem at all. It is not too heavy to lift in either. My wife is only 5'4" and weighs about 120 lbs. but the 16" wide chair is perfectly comfortable for her and it fits through doorways without any problem at all. In fact, I sat in it and it is very comfortable for me (and I am 6' tall and weigh about 225 lbs.) It maneuvers well when there is not a lot of room and when I take her out, she has to have oxygen so I have to coordinate her and the carriage for the oxygen. This wheelchair allows me to coordinate both with no problem. It came basically assembled and is very easy to open and fold down for putting in the car. The feet rests are easily detachable and adjust very easily. The best thing was the price. I wasn't sure that for this reasonable price, it would be made that well or stand up to extended usage but so far it is perfect.
