Peachy keen
Fantastic. i used this to make several RTD using hard seltzer base. good value for the money. I believe i mixed this 1:100 in my bench testing, as it is strong. Using 2 oz glass of selzer and a 1ml eye dropper i was able to get the correct dosage and scale up

It's a slightly different type of peach essence than I was hoping for, but it is strong and it has a natural feel in the right quantities. I used it in white chocolate truffles and even those that don't usually go for sweets were impressed. I did mix in some peach puree, but this extract really added that little extra bit of perfection.

NOT peach flavored
This product did not smell or taste even remotely like peach. It was mostly a strong chemical flavor with a hint of bubble gum. Not as advertised, and kind of gross.

Words cannot describe this Peach Extract!
I usually get the Lipton Black Peach Tea Bags from Amazon. They were out so I just got the regular Lipton Tea Bags. I was looking for a Peach Flavoring for my Tea. Boy Oh Boy did I find it!!! This is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I absolutely love it! The flavor is so crisp and fresh. Even Lipton Peach Tea Bags can't compare. I'm NEVER going to use anything else. It also has use for baking. I'm going to order an extra bottle just in case they run out. Do yourself a favor and indulge!!!

Gives good peach essence
I bought this extract to enhance the peach flavor of my home made peach wine. I always buy the fruit at the peak of season, and for us here in Missouri, the local peach orchards are in full harvest during the dog days of August. Flavor enhancement in fruit wines is sometimes necessary because in the fermentation process of converting sugars to alcohol, some of the fruit flavor is lost. In my beginning years of wine making, I turned out quite a few batches of what tasted like pure mountain dew, sans any fruit flavor at all. I later found out that this fruit flavor loss can be mitigated if you stop fermentation when some of the residual sugars are still present. In my case, I just wanted to try a batch with a bit of flavor boost. I added the extract in the amount of 1 oz. per 3 gallon carboy of the finished wine just before bottling. Since there are no instructions or suggestions given on the extract bottle, this was just a wild guess. Turns out I guessed pretty correctly. When opening the bottled wine, the wine has a very pleasant fruit bouquet, and the flavor was passed into the taste as well. With residual sugars left in the wine, I ended up with a light, fruity, slightly sweet lower alcohol (8%)wine...perfect to sip chilled ice cold on a hot summer day. One point to note - it is probably best to use this extract as an enhancer on a like fruit product that already has some natural fruit flavor in it. You may be disappointed if you intend to use it as the sole source of fruit flavor. I suspect that extracts like this have a fairly short shelf life because the fruit flavors are volatile. To extend it, store tightly capped in a dark cool location, like a basement.

Nice sized
Nice sized bottle with strong flavor, unfortunately for me it has a strong vanilla hint. Seems like that would be good for baked goods and people who like vanilla

Tastes more like VanillaPeach
I like that there is no sweetner or citric acid in this flavoring however, I was looking for strictly Peach Flavoring to add to my iced tea and this product although it advertises itself as PEACH flavoring most definately tastes like Vanilla Peach & not pure Peach so Im not really liking it in my Tea

Flavor was spot on and was out of this world when we added a bit to our pancake batter with a little cinnamon!
I also reviewed the Banana Extract and couldn't say enough about the Peach Extract as well! It is authentically peach and (because we couldn't get enough of the banana when we started using it) just started to use this one. I can't wait to add a bit to my peach pies and cobblers - to round out the flavor when the peaches are tart. I can tell you that the flavor was spot on and was out of this world when we added a bit to our pancake batter with a little cinnamon! And, our very own super-taster raved about the juicy peach flavor - when we would have gotten an immediate thumbs down if there was even a hint of artificials or an off flavor! I can't wait to try more of their products! (Delivery was faster than expected!!!)

Too Strong
The aroma is poorly similar to the peach. It is very strong. My cake tasted awful instead. It was inedible. I find it disappointing instead.

Weak
Takes a ridiculous amount to flavour a single glass of sofa. Weaker than juice. Poor labelling makes me wonder if vendor is selling diluted bulk product as the product is very inconsistent.
