Quest 3000W Industrial Fan Heater with Adjustable Thermostatic Control

I bought this Benross 3000W Industrial Fan Heater mainly for use in a garage and workshop during colder months, and it has genuinely made a huge difference to comfort when working in low temperatures. From the first use, it was obvious this heater is designed more for practical performance than just basic household heating. It produces a strong and immediate flow of warm air that heats the space far quicker than smaller domestic heaters I’ve previously used. The build quality feels reassuringly solid and suited to workshop or industrial environments. The metal casing gives it a durable feel, and the overall design looks capable of handling regular use without feeling fragile. Despite the robust construction, it’s still relatively portable thanks to the integrated carry handle, making it easy to move between different rooms, garages or work areas. One of the features I appreciated most is the adjustable thermostat control. It allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature without constantly switching the heater on and off manually. The tilting design is also more useful than expected because it helps direct heat exactly where it’s needed, especially when working at bench level or trying to warm a particular area quickly. The cool air setting is another practical addition. While I originally bought it for winter use, the fan-only mode makes it useful throughout the year for improving airflow in warmer conditions. It adds more versatility than a standard heater and helps justify the space it takes up in a workshop or storage area. In terms of performance, the 3000W output is more than capable for medium-sized spaces. It heats garages, workshops and utility rooms efficiently, and the fan distributes heat evenly rather than concentrating it in one spot. The IPX4 waterproof rating is reassuring too, particularly in environments where there may be moisture, dust or changing temperatures. Noise levels are reasonable considering the power and airflow. It’s noticeable when running, of course, but not excessively loud for an industrial-style heater. The controls are simple and easy to understand without unnecessary complexity. Overall, the Benross 3000W Industrial Fan Heater is a powerful, dependable and versatile heating solution that feels well suited for garages, workshops and demanding environments. It combines strong heating performance with durable construction and practical features, making it excellent value for anyone needing reliable heat in colder working conditions.

Bought this for my garage gym. It takes a while to warm an area up and is currently on a timer so when I go into the gym at 5am its warmed up the place for a couple of hours so I’m not working out in -5 (current English winter temps). Good product, easy to set up and functions easy to understand. Price is ok for what it is. Also has a sensor that turns off the heater once the room has reached a desired temp and turns back on when room cools however, you can’t set the temperature and there’s no indication as to what the temperature is it reaches. Good over item. Worth the purchase.

I’m happy with this. When it first arrived, I used it in my house and I wasn’t impressed as it took almost 2 hours to heat a room, also it’s meant to be an industrial heater, yet the instructions say it’s only for occasional use in insulated areas. This is no use for what I need it for. However, I put it in my gym which is in a non insulated garage, and it warmed the place up nicely and quickly. Time will tell if it lasts, and if I have any problems I will come back and change my review, but for now, I’m happy with this.

Product is unsafe. It draws the maximum voltage from your sockets and therefore makes them hot to the touch, hot enough to melt plastic and cause electrical fires. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK

Although I give this five stars, it is really slightly less than that - but only slightly. My central heating packed in the first week in January. Of course it did. When else would the central heating pack in? I needed something to keep at least one room warm until it was fixed. I bought this because I figured I could use it afterwards for heating the shed for short periods. Anyway, the long and short of it is, I live on my own and this thing heats a 4mX4m room in five minutes. Keep it running for half an hour and the room is habitable for several hours and it costs way less to run than the full central heating for that kind of result. Yes, it's 3Kw and you can see the meter whizzing around, but you only need to use it for short, intermittent periods. As people have said, if you run it for longer periods, the plug DOES get hot. You shouldn't be running it for long periods, though. It is difficult to regulate the temperature in a 4x4 space, but easier in a smaller space. I would not trust it to be left on in a room unsupervised because of the heat it generates and the heat of the plug, but you shouldn't do that anyway. It IS loud, but it has a very strong and efficient fan to blow out the hot air so that is to be expected. It's not perfect, but it close to perfection for it's size, price and specifications. I still use it to heat a room if I don't want to put the central heating on, if I want to dry some clothes on a rack or just to take the edge off a room when I get in from work.

Don't expect too much from this "Industrial" heater. Its well made, good solid construction, and good quality. But, I couldn't call it an industrial heater. If you want to take the chill of small shed, room, or caravan you have half a chance. I have a medium size workshop and all this will do is warm your hands if you stand right next to it. For £50.00 I guess you get what you pay for but I'm not over impressed. I suppose its back to the expensive space heater and taking shares out in Calor gas.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this? Yes it takes time to heat the element! It's 3KW. It's a fantastic heater, it's a shame that the fan does not have variable speed but for the money it's fantastic. I have a 14ft x 12ft conservatory, it takes about 15mins on full power to heat the room. It's winter, my conservatory is freezing. This Heater for the money is more than I could have hoped for 👍🧑‍🎄🧑‍🎄

Very nice heater fan takes little bit to warm up at first . Try not to put on same extension lead as another as tends to main fuse and other plugs on that lead until you take out and put on own . Would think as due to too much power going through with all others but on own circuit is graet and gives out good heat . Quite silent for how much used would been bit better if was not as much money but is ok . easy to use .

Well made and as described.

Shouldnt be sold to households. Heating the socket and any trailing lead its plugged into. The cable on the unit wont heat up as its heavy duty heat reducing cable. Feel its needs a dedicated 16a supply not the 13a socket. Its an ideal receipe for a fire starter. DO NOT BUY TO HEAT YOUR HOUSE.

I received my order by today 17/06/2022 but the item and it’s box is damaged.
