Now what i'm curious about is the mixing issue that so many people seem to be having with this product. I had a couple instances where i had some very small clumping in a regular shaker bottle but never anything serious. I ended up going to GNC and buying one of their shaker bottles that have a plastic insert in the bottle that sorta looks like a "tornado" twistie thing. (excuse my verbage). It was 6 bucks and works perfect. So here is my suggestion to those who have mixing issues...1)buy the mixing bottle i described above (best one i've ever used)2)use 14 ounces of very cold water (the colder the better for good mixing) for a 2 scoop serving.3)add the water first (never powder first unless you like huge lumps) and poor your two scoops of powder into the mixing bottle4)don't wait around. Put the lid on and shake that bad boy for about 30 seconds.5)take a deep breath, wrap your lips on the opening and chug chug chug without taking any breaths. (masks the taste a little and the point is to get it in your stomach and NOT savor it's moderately chalky chocolate taste anyways).6)rinse out your bottle and put it aside for the next time.I drink one serving in the morning, one serving immediately (i fill the mixing bottle at the gym and add the Monster Milk in the car) after my workout, and sometimes i'll have one in the evening if i didn't eat a protein enriched dinner. The only other supplements i use is a multivitamin (walmart mens-multi $7) and N.O.-XPLODE preworkout (1 scoop) for an energy boost and better pumps.Ok....all that said....
