Would these boots be ok for just regular fitnes use indoors? I would only use them to run on the treadmill and indoors workouts

For indoor training they will be good but I would not recommend them for any kind of running.I have use them for training on soft floor otherwise if is in a regular gym better to use normal gym shoes.
