They do take the pressure off the balls of your feet but this isn’t always why your feet hurt- which I have learned. I was able to keep them on all night which was a first though, and I am considering purchasing another pair ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Game changer! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 December 2018* I am awful in heels, I have flat feet and had a baby this year. I was very sceptical about these and thought they were expensive but thought it would be worth a try. Game changer!! For such small little things they made a huge difference, my feet were so much more comfortable. I’m getting married next year and I’ll definitely be getting a pair for my wedding shoes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These work! *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 December 2018* So far so amazing! Wasn’t sure these would work- haven’t been able to wear heels for any time for a long time but these have made a real difference. Wore a pair of heeled boots all day this weekend and no ball of foot pain. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/88228309-vivian-lou-insolia-insoles-reduces-ball-of-foot-pain-leg](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/88228309-vivian-lou-insolia-insoles-reduces-ball-of-foot-pain-leg) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
