Solved the problem and the van runs like new now
After a variety of running problems, stalling, not picking up revs, not ticking over properly etc, I fitted one as a replacement to the original in the ECU. It is a bit fiddly soldering but well worth it. Solved the problem and the van runs like new now. You will need to cancel the codes after fitting to allow the ECU to reset itself.
