The charging speed was anything but FAST. I received a call yesterday enquiring about the product. When I said that it was below the professed quality, unlike the other Amazon products that I have bought so far, I was advised to return the product. Now I find that the return deadline was yesterday (27/2/19). This was the first call that I received from your end checking for the satisfaction of a product. It appears that I was delivered a below par product, either by error or on purpose, I can't say.26th March 2019.I was contacted by Ms Shivani from your office and she offered to send a replacement article through Delhivery courier services, to be shipped within 24 hours from 15th March and I was requested to remove the above review. I promised to change the review after receipt of the replacement 'Fast Charger' and trying it.I received the article yesterday, and the adapter seemed different from the original adapter. However, the USB cable jack did not fir my android mobile (Samsung J7). I can only use it with any of the other USB cables that I have purchased from you. So I must say that although it is working better than the earlier sub-standard item sent by you, the USB cable port mismatch queered the pitch.I have upgraded the review as this product is partly better than the earlier product but it still is not fully satisfactory. But anyway, thank you for taking the trouble to send a replacement article anyway.I am sorry I cannot remove the earlier review but can give a fresh review.

The charger is good as advertised but the data cable is basically useless, it doesn't charge properly and cannot be used for data transfer at all

My phone lags when I plug the charger It does give extra volt power which my Phone could not handle, Not good, Look is good but not the inside is good.

Such a bad product. The product was defective when I received the same. I was not able to charge any mobile. The seller is a fraud.
