This diaper rash cream applicator is such a game changer! I absolutely love this little tool. I actually keep three around my house so I always have one within reach, and I also include it in baby shower gifts because it’s just that good. It makes applying diaper cream so much easier—no mess, no fuss, and no sticky hands. Clean up is super simple too, especially when switching out the tub. I really appreciate that it comes with two different size head inserts, so it works perfectly with all types and sizes of cream containers. Overall, this is a 10/10 product for me. Simple, practical, and one of those baby essentials you don’t realize you need until you have it!

Order these! Order 2-3! They're a complete game changer. Just squeeze, wipe it on, and you're good to go. If i have excess i wipe it on the diaper right before I put it on baby, and/or use a baby wipe. They do take more work to thoroughly clean but it's worth it. I have one for preventative cream, one for zinc and one for the diaper bag. And the customer service is excellent.

Listen, no one likes using their finger for diaper cream and no one can keep track of those little spatula things and if you can there is always a stray hair or some dirt on it requiring it to be cleaned off before and after use. This is the solution! Makes putting cream on quick and easy, we keep one on every tube in every room. Makes it super easy to throw in a bag and not worry about cream everywhere or dirt on the applicator. Just get one, trust me! After 4 kids you know what is worth it and what isn’t- this is worth it.

I wasn’t sure that this would work on smaller tubes of diaper cream, but I was pleasantly surprised! This works on both large 6oz tubes as well as fitting 3oz thinner tubes. I didn’t realize that it came with two adapters to fit different sizes, to be clear, two white adapters and one actual tush swiper that attaches to the adapters. The 6oz tube of Honest Every Day Diaper Rash Cream fit the rush swiper perfectly without the need of the adapter. With an adapter it fits a 3oz tube of roe diaper rash cream. These are the only two I’ve tried but think it will work with many different brand creams. The Tush swiper works well, and so much more convenient than having an extra diaper spatula to keep track of! This is definitely a product that excites me and I look forward to using and gifting them in the future!

Works perfectly for boudreaux's butt paste. Does not work for aquaphor despite using adapter. The adapter does not hold tightly to the aquaphor tube, it just pops right off as soon as you try to take off the cap or use the swiper. Unfortunately the aquaphor tube is now wasted/forever opened because the blue cap it comes with won't snap back on after removing it.

Probably my favorite diaper accessory!! I don’t ever have to carry around/remember one of those butt spatulas in my diaper bag or use my fingers. The extra screw on toppers allow the applicator to fit on multiple brands of tubes. It’s easy to wipe off and clean! It is my go to gift for any baby shower now!

In concept, this is an AMAZING product and I had such high hopes. I really thought it was going to be a game changer for the diaper bag. (I even bought a 2-pack bc I was so confident.) Unfortunately the threads on the caps just don’t seem to fit tight enough — I’ve only used on Boudreaux’s and with the adapter on A+D though, so the fit may be better with other creams. Something about the threading just isn’t secure, so if you’re not super careful about pulling the cap off, the entire spatula easily comes off with it, and when you twist it back on it’s easy to over twist, causing the whole thing to fall off again. I’m aware of the issue and try even when I’m extra careful it still comes apart 50% of the time (happens to my husband every single time he uses it, so he just uses his hands and deals with it bc he thinks it’s less of a hassle). This may not seem like THAT big of a deal. But when you’re purchasing something solely for the purpose of aiding in convenience, it is extremely disappointing when it ends up producing the opposite results. My secondary complaint (which would essentially be a non-issue if it were my only complaint) is that the edge of the spatula picks up excess ointment and it often cakes up on the back. You can easily use a baby wipe to clean it off, but it does seem like a waste of product so it would be nice if they just changed the shape of the spatula (like the applicator of a Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment). I will continue to use them until I finish the tubes they are on bc I’ve already discarded the original caps to my creams. But I REALLY wish the caps fit better. Would definitely repurchase (and include with all of my future baby shower gift purchases) if the cap fit issue was corrected.

I hate having to get my hands or fingers dirty while changing my baby's diaper when we are out and about. This little contraption is heaven sent. Pop it on and boom, you can't instantly use it. It provides an even application and it's easy to install.
