I wanted these to hang various items of clothing on, which didn't suit being folded over (like jeans/trousers) on a standard hanger, such as my husbands shorts, my skirts and other bits and pieces. The majority of the hanging space within our wardrobes are configured for double hanging (for shirts/tops/jackets/trousers etc). The hangers are very sturdy and the clips at each end (which can be slid along to suit the size of the garment) holds the fabric securely. The curved hook at the top does not swivel, so if you wanted to hang it against anything parallel to the hanger, that would not work. The hangers are as described, a little longer than many other available - which is what I wanted, and I was happy with the price.

Very sturdy and worth the money

These hangers are well priced, look sleek, do the basic job, take up minimum space and are a good width. The clips are stiff, but that is not necessarily a bad thing as they will hold heavier items like lined wool skirts. If you don't mind the hangers not being able to swivel they are good value. However, until you have hangers which don't swivel you may not realise how often you might need this function. For example,adjusting positions and hanging items over a door, door lintel, or curtain pole. Not being able to swivel becomes very frustrating. I've now had to buy more coat hangers to get the swivel!

These are sturdy, well made, and do the job. I would recommend them.

Sturdy, robust hangers but also hard to open the clips. I gifted them as couldn’t use them. Now looking for different hangers, ones readily useful.

These clothes hangers are particularly good for heavy garments, as the clips are particularly strong. I needed some to hang up my kilts (the wide pleats at the back, make them very heavy) and these hangers do the job really well. Also just as useful for trousers and ladies' skirts, I would imagine.

These are OK. They are OK for ladies size 6 to 12 clothes or children's hangers then they work well but if you want these for mens pants or for larger ladies sizing then go for the wooden ones which are a little wider than these.
