All I can taste is salt
I choose this make as it didn't have an fillers such as anti-caking agents in it and many of the reviews were positive, however after trying a tiny amount (before using on a full meal) all I could taste for the next 3 hours was salt. There was no flavour at all just salt, so for me this is completely unusable and only fit for the bin.

Excellent Rani quality and goes great on paneer broccoli bhurji
Rani spices are generally excellent quality, and I love the larger containers - I've run through similar size containers of chili and curry powder. The Chat Masala was purchased for a specific paneer broccoli bhurji (scrambled broccoli and paneer) dish from FoodwithChetna on YouTube. This unique spice absolutely makes the dish! Highly recommend. But also recommend it on eggs, sauteed broccoli and cauliflower, added instead of garam masala...

Gorgeous taste
