Dirt Bike Full Slip On Exhaust for HAWK 250 CRF230F CRF150F TBR7

I would like to start off by saying I’ve never left a review on a product before because I think it’s a waste of time. But for this I had to make an exception. I had to do some mods to the bike like drilling a new hole in the bracket on the frame for the mid pipe bolt. But other than that it lined up almost perfectly on my trailmaster tm35. It’s so loud it sounds straight piped and every gear is longer now with what seems like almost twice the HP. Unreal and most dramatic upgrade I’ve ever done to any of my toys. I ride a Polaris outlaw 525 so it takes a lot to impress me but this has pulled it off. Great pipe and for a great price!

Holy moly! Not sure about your guys bikes but really opened up on the top end, my hawk 250 went from falling on its face at 60 to maintaining 75 effortlessly! Pulls hills better, sounds better. Moderately louder then stock, worth the investment. Great quality, fast shipping. Bolted right up, might not end up right where you want it, but fits great.

Installs well to the listed bike looks good and does increase performance as well sound and looks. However it did make my bike have a pretty bad decel pop

Installed on Hawk 250 DLX and it sounds awesome and definitely improves performance. Had to get a rubber exhaust bracket extender to get it to fit the hawk and it worked great.

Wow you talk about a difference in get up and go. It's easy to change had it hooked up in a couple of minutes. But for some reason they don't always put the spring in the box with the new muffler. So after several texts and messages I finally got the spring in the mail today what 3 weeks later.

Bought this exhaust for my hawk 250, fits great for the mounting brackets supplied, product description says it’s for a different bike so some modification is required but can be done by scavenging from the old exhaust. Love the color! It’s a great bang for your buck and has quality welds, it will start to heat cycle after a few rides. Haven’t had the chance to really durability test it, but it mounts solid and doesn’t seem like it’s gonna crack from the vibrations of the bike or from jumps.

Super frustrated! This does not fit a CRF230. Where it slips together in the mid section the bolt hanger in the exhaust pipe is about 1" to far forward. I had to cut my old exhaust pipe off with the mindset that this would go right on and I would be good. My bike isn't going anywhere now until I get the right part.

Put it on a hawk 250. Much better than stock exhaust. Way more power. It needs some kind of bracket if you line up the first 2 points of contact correctly. But it could be bent and flexed enough to bolt up to one of the bolts under the seat if you really wanted. Almost too loud, but you can keep it quiet when you have to.

Pipe is good, not obnoxiously loud and nice low to mid range torque increase. Lightweight too! Had to raise needle and up 2 main jet sizes on the 82 XR, needle raise only on the 02. Pipe mounts to adapt tail section were easy to make, header fit perfect.

My 15 year old son was able to easily replace the worn out factory exhaust with this kit on his 2004 CRF150F. Sound is great and he swears more power?!* Granted the old kit was in really bad shape. Fit was very good and required no modifications. It looks good on the bike. Some of the edges are a bit sharp, that's the only complaint so far. 2 rides and one was 3 hours. No other issues.

The exhaust fits loosely at best. No clams for where the pipes sleeve over each other. Bolt holes for the header and pipe line up however the exhaust is way off. I had to fabricate a bracket to allow it to attach to the bike and even then there’s no enough clearance from the rear tire. I made sure prior to buying that this would fit my son’s bike but the fitment is not even close. I’d rate it less but in the end due to additional fabrication I was able to fit it on the bike and it does sound decent.
