What a size large in a girls rain coat

The size was pretty much standard sizing. This coat is plastic, no lining. I cuffed the sleeves for my daughter, she wore it once and it ripped on all the sleeve seams- like they are glued together. Very cheaply made.

I bought my daughter a medium 4/5 when she was 4 yrs old it fit her a little big she's 5 now she will grow into it. On the sizing they mean it will fit 2/3 yr olds and 4/5 yrs olds.

Granddaughter is nearly 6 years old and wears size 6 clothes ...but she is very small . Do I order 4-5 or 6-7
