I'm 5'7" 143lbs will a large fit

Based on the manufacturer's specs, it sounds like a L will work for you. My wife's about 5'5" and 125lbs and the small fits her, but the outfit is very form fitting and is designed to be kind of tight I guess. If you look at the company size chart it gives measurements that you might be able to relate to, but I think you'll look quite delicious in the L size.
