This high quality kit has everything you need - impressed and pleasantly surprised.
So for the price, I didn't expect this kit to be as high quality as it actually is. It's easy to put everything together in just a few minutes and you are ready to go.I was worried about how the stabilizer ring would work but it is more heavy duty than I thought it would be and was easy to fill up with the included pump and plug. Works great and keeps the ball from rolling all over the place. The poster was helpful especially if you want to have some standard workouts ready to go without thinking too much. I don't think it's something I'll hang up on the wall but will certainly reference it frequently! This setup is perfect when I want to get a quick workout in at home instead of spending time driving to the gym and it takes up very little space when not in use.Overall I couldn't be happier and ignore any reviews that say that this is hard to put together or low quality - for the price this is awesome. You won't be disappointed.

Good for Quick Workouts at Home
This fitness system comes with everything you might need to target your core. Everything was fairly easy to set up and well packaged. My only gripe here would be that the pump to blow up the ball and stability ring was a little flimsy and was warped a bit out of the package but I could still blow up the ball and the ring though. The resistance loops and bands are high quality and the core sliders were a nice extra touch here as well. This set comes with a workouts poster which is a great starter guide for a workout. For me, it was a dynamic workout with the materials provided. I think for the price, you are getting a nice, space-saving, portable core workout solution.

Personal trainer review: Quality at home fitness kit
I want to start off by saying that I have been a professional full-time personal trainer for over a decade so I have used nearly every piece of exercise equipment you can possibly imagine...some of what's out there is great and a lot of it is garbage. That being said, this at home gym kit is worth the money. It comes with a standard yoga ball, a heavy duty ring that you can hook bands to, a kit of resistance loops, resistance bands with handles, core sliders, an air pump, and an instruction poster. This is everything you need to get a good workout in.Materials are high quality and on par with what you would expect, especially at this price point. There weren't really any directions but putting it together was simple enough.I'll report back after a couple of months of use as time will tell but from my experience, these products should last. Happy with my purchase.

No pump, no instructions
I was pleased to receive my ThinkFit kit. Unfortunately, I expected there to be a foot pump to help me inflate the ball, and maybe some instructions to how full the ball needs to be? Or maybe how to properly seal without letting air escape? Neither of these hopes were satisfied. I was left to fill with a hand pump typically used for basketballs which left me pumping for a while. Maybe thats the first ThinkFit workout :D . Other than that, the kit seems OK. Just frustrated that some reviews reference a foot pump but this did not come with one.

Not anti brust.
The product was defective. Ring would not blow up correctly. Had a big bubble in it. Ball said anti brust . On setting on it, it brusted into little pieces I fall on floor hurting my tail bone.

Terrific product, easy to setup and a delight to use
The ThinkFit Premium Home Gym Bundle is just what I was looking for as a way to stay in shape while living in a log cabin for a few months. I certainly get lots of exercise hiking and canoeing, but I wanted to have a regular routine of yoga and resistance training to complement the outdoor adventures. This ThinkFit system is perfect! The setup instructions are very simple, and I had everything ready to go in less than 30 minutes, including a review of the poster with suggestions for exercise combos. It's compact, and lightweight. I carry it outside on good weather days (see photo), and set it up inside (looking out the windows at the rain) on not-so-great weather days.

Great for Remote Workers
I'm a home-based business owner and mom who is generally glued to the computer screen or caring for her children. Gym memberships have always been a waste for me. Then I found the ThinkFit Premium Home Gym Bundle and fell in love! It's a complete gym workout without all the expensive equipment. You can get in a good workout early in the morning, on your lunch break, or even at night once the kids have gone to bed. I've only been using it a few weeks but it definitely works. The system was easy to assemble and comes with a cool poster of workouts that are easy to get started. I'd recommend this to anyone who finds getting to the gym a hassle.

Not enough resistance in the grip bands for most upper body moves.
Easy to assemble. This product needs to come with a video and a poster that is easier to read. The pictures in the poster are very dark. They needed to have been done with a white, not black, background. The two grip bands that attach to the ball only have a limited resistance, and that is for long movements (like above the head). Any other movement for arms is a waste of time because there is almost no resistance in the bands. These bands need to either be able to adjust or the system needs to come with additional bands that offer more resistance for movements like bicept curls. I had to wrap the bands around the base to get more resistance...that is not convenient at all and it's not consistent. Overall the ball, base, bands are made of good material but I don't think it's worth the money. I may be returning it.
