Glue on items yourself
When the jumper arrived it came with a kit which had unfortunately included a bottle of glue which had leaked and attached itself to everything else .... when it was ordered was UNCLEAR that it was a jumper to create for Christmas yourself .... needless to say this all went in the bin....!! Wasted and very dissapointed

Super product and good customer service
Super designs, and when I had orderd 2 of the same design by accident one was replaced promptly and cheerfully. The "vintage night sky" design is a lovely jumper.
