Of all the things, this is my son's favorite gift he received for Christmas. His birthday is very shortly after so I debated waiting. I'm glad I didn't, he takes this apart and puts it back together several times a day. The music is... grating but also kind of fun. He's also managed to not lose any pieces, I'm sure there's a scientific reason for that but it might also be a straight up miracle. I found an old plastic storage bowl that this fits in, this didn't have anything to keep it in and the packaging couldn't be salvaged.Overall, he loves it so it gets five stars no matter what I think. It's not especially high quality plastic, the music is tinny and sounds like it needs a new battery, and there could have been a couple more pieces to take apart. Other than that, thumbs up.

My 3 year old daughter LOVES this toy so much. She loves building things and fire trucks so this was perfect for her. One of the screw drivers did break fairly easily but the rest of the set is so perfect she really doesn't mind. Toys that make noise are usually a bit annoying but the sounds are actually quite nice on this toy. Cute little songs and the usual fire truck sound effects but at a reasonable volume. My sweet girl will sit for quite some time assembling and disassembling this wonderful toy. Meanwhile I can get some work done. An incredible value for the price!

Kiddo spends many sessions totaling hours taking this apart to various levels and rebuilding to different levels.Figured the bolts would eventually break, but they didn't.And the driver only torques to certain pressure and gives the clicks past that.Well built unit.I, however, taped the speaker to mute it a bit. Loud.

I don't have a lot to say about this (good or bad) yet and will update my review if needed, but the look of it (yes, it's plastic) is really incentivizing for my son who we are trying to potty train. He loves that you can move the latter and bucket and wants to play with it even in the box.

My son is 4 and he LOVES fire trucks. He has also shown a lot of interest in building things...whenever I get out the screw driver or measuring tape etc he always wants to use them and screw things too. He absolutely LOVED this toy and was thrilled with the battery operated drill and being able to unscrew and screw back in the pieces. It is a great toy for many reasons and there are a lot of pieces you can take apart. I highly reccomend

It had a big succes with my 3yo daughter, who learned quickly how to take everything apart and back together despite the screwdriver being a bit too big for her hands, especially when unscrewing (the button needs to be pressed on top). More fun than those purely plastic nuts and bolts sets for kids.

I actually returned this truck because it wasn’t quite as nice as the pictures made it look. It was kind of cheaply made for the price, in my opinion. I’m sure kids would still enjoy playing with it though.

Missing the cab of the fire truck. Must have come unscrewed and it's nowhere to be found.Otherwise, the little drill is a fun tool and my son is enjoying the rest of it.Would have returned the product but my four year old decimated the box in his excitement.

My 2.5 year old son is obsessed with fire engines so I was really excited about getting him this to build and play with. However he has found it both clunky and not intuitive. Firstly, not all the screws unscrew (I've even tried using a real screwdriver! I believe this is a manufacturing issue where the tread of the screw hasn't been done correctly so it won't come out). Secondly, for the drill itself, to drill in and drill out, you use different parts of the same trigger and there's not even any explanation on that, had to figure that out myself (try explaining that to a 2 year old!). Overall, a disappointing experience which really did not meet expectations.
