Product description Our classic Fabada pack with the addition of a generous chunk of shoulder ham!Spanish stews like Fabada (with white beans) or cocido (with chickpeas) often call for a variety of meats. We’ve made your life easier by putting together the three main meats you’ll need - chorizo, morcilla and pancetta - in a vacuum sealed packed. Just open, add to your stew or soup while its boiling away and enjoy a homely taste of Spain. Ingredients Panceta Curada: pork bacon, salt, sugar, acidity corrector (E-331iii), conservant (E-252, E-250), antioxidant (E-301). Morcilla: Pork fat, onion, pimenton, pork blood, salt, , conservant (E-250). Chorizo: Pork meat, pimenton, salt, dextrin, dextrose, spices, pimenton extract, antioxidant (E-301), conservant (E-252, E-250).
