The mesh top is nice and stretchy, so they are very easy to put on and are comfy to wear. Don't let the thick bottom fool you - they are light as air. And, I got them for walking, so I put an orthotic insole in them (they are flat, no arches inside on their own), and they are great! You will need to scuff them up on a sidewalk or something because they are very slippery, especially on carpet, at first. I scuffed mine up outside and now they are great. The air in the heel really does seem to make a difference. I walk on my treadmill every day and their is a lot more cushion than in previous shoes I was walking in. Overall, I would say they are worth getting, as long as you are ready to make them work for you like I did. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty and well cushioned - just WAY too LARGE! *by S***E on May 9, 2018* These are really pretty and well cushioned sneakers; however, beware that they run SUPER LARGE! I normally take between a size 8.5 and 9. I bought a size 8.5 based on reviews. They were so so big that when I walked, I stepped right out of them - even with socks on. I really like them, so I'll get a size 8 now and see how they fit. They should be good, but I'll update you on that. Then, they'll get 5 stars. These shoes are so light that you don't even know they're on, which is just what I was looking for. They weigh next to nothing. I am a size 10 and had to order a 10.5 and that was a bit too big. However, it should be fine with some type of insert.
