Review: Good price works well as riser recliner - The mechanism of the riser recliner works very well. The remote control is a little confusing as markings aren't clear to me , although this may be me if course. The seat is comfortable according to my poor old Mother who spends many hours a day in it. The material is ok but not as leathery as I thought it would be. Ie it is very thin and feels like a plastic material. This , again, may be my perception and / or the fact that my other leather furniture seems thicker. Overall very pleased and the chair fulfils the role it was purchased for.

I bought this for my father as he suffers from swollen ankles . It has the benefit of a dual motor, which means footrest and backrest work independently. He is very happy indeed with this chair. And his ankle swelling is now very much reduced , due to the good height reached by the foot rest. It seems sturdy , and comfortable. Would I recommend ? Yes I would .
