High Speed bit is roll forged from solid High Speed Steel, the roll forged process makes the steel tougher. The forged thinner web reducing the obstruction and 3 times of resize grinding for precise cuts. The Twist Hook point design is to make it faster and easier for general purpose usage around house, building and shops. Review: affordable alternative to brand name bits - I've got a couple of rotary tools, and have been using the actual Dremel bits for quite a few years now. The Dremel bits aren't cheap, and I didn't think (until now) to look for an alternative manufacturer. While I haven't been using these long enough to know if they are as durable as the Dremel brand ones, they certainly do drill just as nice of holes. Given the small size, I've mostly accepted that they only last so long before they break. So with the lower cost of these, that makes them a better deal. Review: Looks good in my chuck - These bits seem to be holding up great ive been using them about a week now and have had no breaks. 4 stars because the package decived me lol. It was a bit of a magic trick finding out how to open it. But overall very secure packing.
