How many milligrams of actual Fucoxanthin is in this product? How many milligrams of iodine?

Xanthigen which is a proprietary blend contains 200 mg it has Brown Seaweed Fucoxanthin Concentrate and Pomegranate Seed Oil. Does not list the milligrams of the ingredients. On the iodine it does not have the mg, it only says: contains naturally occurring iodine.

Is there independent monitoring and testing for this product?

It's a good product and a reputable company. They are definitely monitoring and testing this product. Have you given up grains, junk fats like canola oil, safflower, sunflower, peanut, soybean, corn oils? Have you gone all organic? Try this too and it will definitely help.

The bottle that I received had an expiration date printed on the back of the bottle, towards the bottom. The date was 1-15. I purchased my bottle last month- September, 2014. This seems a little close dated to me.

Pill size? I have trouble swallowing large pills
