Do Power and Num Lock buttons lights working or is that just white dots on them?

I had to send mine back because it didn't fit my laptop that it was suppose to fit. I have Amazon Prime but had to pay $45 shipping back to a foreign country. They never showed it arrived and this was after 4 months. I will never deal with them again.
