I've been using black cohosh for perimenopause. It comes in loose leaf form and can be made into tea. The herb is organically grown and is quite effective in treating perimenopausal symptoms. It tastes good and you get a lot for your money.

I got into making my own herbal teas a few years ago when my hormones started to change. This root is magical for calming hot flashes. Just do your research, as to how long to continue constant use. I do a few weeks with this product then take a break for a few weeks, since this is a strong herb.

I bought this for irregular period under menopause. Drank only 1 day so I do know the effect yet. Will update after 3 weeks. Taste is good at least. A very small amount produces dark tea color which I like.
