Revlon ColorStay Mineral Finishing Powder, Suntan Matte, 0.31 Ounces

I bought the Suntan Matte and it is great! I'm African-American and I wear Revlon's Colorstay Foundation in Caramel 400 for combination/oily skin and this powder gives my foundation a beautiful finish. It doesn't have much color, but it's the finish that I'm after, which is great. No big specks of glitter (which I hate) like some bronzers. It has a slight shimmer which, for me, makes it good for use as a setting powder for my entire face. Just to be on the safe side, I make a point to give this a good buffing into my skin to avoid the "disco ball" effect. Just make sure you aren't too heavy-handed with this as a little product goes a long way. I like this waaaaaaay better than my Cover Girl Queen Collection bronzer in Brown Bronze which does have big specks of glitter, but a better color payoff. Now, if I could get the Revlon finish combined with the CG Queen Collection color payoff, all at a drugstore price, I'd be ecstatic!

It really gives a nice finish to your face after applying all your makeup and foundation. I only put this product under my eyes around my cheek bones, in the middle of my forehead & on my nose. And VOILAAAAA!!! It gives your face a nice boost and a beautiful shine, but not too exaggerated ;) As a dark skin woman I've always been afraid of trying some of these 'bronze' products, but with this one you will not be desappointed, it's really worth buying & having as part of your makeup kit :D

I bought this in hopes to find a dupe for MAC's MSF in Dark because I am "balling on a budget" lol so I heard this would be good. I will say that its not as pigmented as MAC's MSF (I tried at the MAC counter) If you try to wear this powder alone you won't really get any coverage, you'll just get glitter. Its best to just wear to set your foundation. I does have glitters in it so be careful when applying (not really big glitters but noticeable if you apply too much). I think its an ok product. I don't feel the need to re-purchase it. I may have to A). Save and fork out the money for the MAC or B) Find a better alternative for MAC MSF because I really like it.

I love this suntan matte powder. I use this to set my l'oreal liquid foundation in n8. It is almost transpare nt but gives a nice glow. If I ever finish this I will definetly repurchase! Love this! I also bought this in sunkiss. I use it as a blush because it it very glittery and shiney. It doesn't work well as an all over face powder but I still love it. Its a great eye color too.

to much shimmer so i rather use as highlighter not full face powder as i intended alot of ppl compare as a mac studio mineralize face powder dupe i dont agree. i like revlon colorstay products alot so i will keep for my collecton

Excellent product and fast shipping

I was excited to buy this product because I heard great things about it on YouTube. Then I was disappointed to find out that the stores do not carry this anymore. But thankfully, I found it on Amazon. It came quickly but the first time I tried it, none of the product came out on the brush. I tried several different brushes from a fluffy powder brush to a stiff kabuki brush and nothing. I then took a plastic butter knife and scraped off a little bit and applied it. I guess it was too much because it made my skin feel tight and was a little too shimmery. Disappointed and I see why Revlon discontinued this. Throwing this out.

I like the product the problem is that it isn't completely matte. Other than it making me look like a glittery disco ball it's great

Not what I expected. Product was very sheer in coverage, also does not contain enough pigment.

I have had this before and it is quite difficult to get so was pleased to find this on Amazon. This is not a heavy bronzer perfect for my mature fair skin as it doesnt settle in your cracks!! good over foundation for setting your makeup and given a non shimmery finish.
