Quality product *by S***S on March 10, 2019* Installed this to remedy the carb issue I had on my 67 Chevy C10 with a SBC 350. Install was pretty straight forward honestly. Hardest part was unning the return line to the tank. Yes, you need a return line even if you use the command center. Wiring is pretty straight forward and the kit is pretty inclusive. It requires a directly battery connection, an ignition connection, and a tach input. Pulled mine off the negative off my coil. It does NOT come with fuel hose for a return line. I bought some 3/8 fuel line on amazon for the return line. Also needed a spacer to fit my breather on the new fitech. Follow the instructions on start up. It’s very specific. If your intake only has one thermostat port, you’re gonna lose it as the fitech requires one. It comes with all kinds of adapters to fit the fitech thermostat. I bought an in-line adapter that lets you use a thermostat on one of your radiator hoses. I think the company is glow shift.It’s been on the truck for about... 50-60 miles and it drives better every time. Now you gotta realize, this is kind of their base kit. No control of timing or anything like that. It does give you a fan relay. But that’s about it. Initial programming is pretty straight forward. My truck is for cruising. It’s not a race car... so I wasn’t looking for anything crazy. It made a hhuuuugggeee difference in drivability. Like night and day. I fought the Holley 850, that was on the truck when I got it, for almost 2yrs. It just never ran right... and trying to start it with the temperature below 50 was always a crapshoot. Now... runs awesome. Super reliable. Starts and runs well, even in cold weather.
